its been a long end of the week
too long in fact
I belive I may have aged
at a more rapid pace
these last 3 days
I can feel the evidence
in the small of my back
shooting pain
up and straight away
to my soul
letting everything know
age is not something to be
taken lightly
or heavily
rather spent
doing things which you still
are apt to do
time is of the essence
and I fear
I know
that I have been
flushing my hours down the toilet
clogging it up
with regret
and self doubt
only
to have my back
put me in my place
my ass sore
with having been stuck like thiss too long
too relaxed
too predicatable
15 days
and its a new start
a new beginning
