the downward spiral
its been a while
and nothing has changed
for my life is slowly creeping
along
to a place unknoen
but feared
the clouds are a little darker these days
and no one seems to ask
me why
its so hard to wake up now
this house
sucking everything ive got out of me
wanting to escape
but to where
for i am boxed in
and my air supply is being
turned off
one hole at a time
till i have no more light
or sound
except those that i fashion
in my own image.
